What is a Dental Crown?
A crown, also known as a cap, is a hollow tooth replacement option that surrounds or "caps" your tooth to restore its structure. If you have a weakened tooth, a crown can help restore your bite, and the overall strength and appearance of your smile.
Crowns are strong and can be made from a variety of materials, including porcelain and metal. They look and function like natural teeth, and if cared for properly, can last 10 years or more.

What types of crowns are there?
